By registration at Slimovado products or services, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. Therefore, you agree to comply with them now and throughout your membership period, your trial period and after that.
If you don’t agree to these terms and conditions of use, don’t use Slimovado products or services. If you want to cancel your subscription after a change in the terms and conditions, you must write an email to request your membership cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us here on our contact page. You acknowledge and agree that if you do select to cancel your account, Slimovado may delete any information you have obtained using our products/services. No features will be able for you to use after cancellation. Cancelled accounts will have all data deleted immediately upon withdrawing.
Payment happens via an SSL encrypted connection. Slimovado handles the payment fee. The transaction will appear as SLMVDBILL 442038859078 on your bank statement.

Your Obligations & Responsibilities
Slimovado assumes no further responsibility than what Slimovado is bound to by the laws of England and Wales. You must, by law, be at least 18 years old. Alternatively, of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into the Slimovado terms and form a binding agreement, for yourself, on behalf of the person or entity committed by you to the Slimovado terms. You shall own all rights in and to any content uploaded by you, including any designs, logos, artworks, images, videos, text, illustrations, compositions, fonts, and any other materials or otherwise, have the full power, title, licenses, consents, and authority necessary to legally publish, use, transfer or license any rights and interest in and to such content. The content is reliable, current, accurate. In no way unlawful for you to possess, post transmits, or display in the country your website operates or where your website gets visitors. You have obtained permissions required under all applicable laws regarding the posting, transmission, and publication of any personal information, any image of any person, entity, or property, which is part of the content.
Limitation of Liability
Slimovado assumes no further responsibilities than what Slimovado is bound to by the laws of England and Wales. In case of a dispute or controversy, the parties submit all their disputes arising out of or connected with this Agreement to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Billing & Payment Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date. You agree to pay for the services in advance of the period during which such services are provided. Unless otherwise provided, you agree that until you notify Slimovado of your desire to cancel the services, you will be billed on an automatically recurring basis to prevent any disruption to your services, using your credit card or other billing information on file with us. Slimovado does not store any payment information. All payments are made through SSL encrypted connections, which ensures maximum safety for the transactions. You acknowledge and agree that Slimovado will share any card and related billing and payment information you provide with a third party partner, such as a payment processor or acquirer. The registration is usually done via the campaign, starting with a trial period of 3 days. You are charged €4,95 for the trial period. The price varies according to the campaign running on the website. If you do not withdraw when your trial expires, your card will be charged the amount chosen upon registration accordingly: €68.
Complaints and Disputes Conditions
You always have the right to do complaints through our website contact formular or through our customer service email. When making a complaint, you have to submit all related documents and evidence for the case you are complaining about.
If you want to initiate a dispute, you have to contact your issuing bank and submit all evidence to them. But before doing this, please make sure that you have contacted our customer service and requested a refund or had a conversation with them about your iquiry. You can always initiate a dispute or a complaint if you are not satisfied with our service and if you have been in contact with our customer service.
All information, data, text, and all materials you post on your website via the Slimovado service are the person’s sole responsibility, which such content originated. You are responsible for all content uploaded to your site. We do not control the content you post via our products/services. Following content are not allowed: Unlawful, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, harmful, threatening, abusive invasive of another’s privacy (up to, but not excluding any address, email, phone number, or any other contact information without the written consent of the owner of such information), hateful, or racially ethnically or otherwise objectionable; Is adult in nature, such as any nudity in a sexual context or any content with adult themes; harm minors in any way; promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals..
Rights to Charge Fees
When you buy a subscription to Slimovado, we will automatically upgrade your account to an active membership, and you can immediately make use of your advantages. The membership works in the way that you will stay a member until you unsubscribe (please see cancellation terms below). When you agree to the subscription, you simultaneously agree to make these automatic payments for the full amount of €68 for 30 days, up until the subscription is ended.
Slimovado may offer promotional campaigns to new subscribers. The initial price is €4,95 for an introductory period of three days. The subscription cost is €68 and will continue to be billed on the subscribers’ credit card until cancelled or unsubscribed by the subscriber, like any other subscription service.
New Credit Card
It is your responsibility to keep your card information updated. If Slimovado is not able to renew your subscription by charging the card, your subscription will be terminated. You can reactivate your subscription if you write an email to customer service at email@example.com.
You may change or cancel the services by giving Slimovado wrote notice via the email: support@Slimovado.com. You may discontinue using and request to cancel your account or any Slimovado services at any time. Once we receive your cancellation request and have confirmed all the necessary information, we will inform you with an email that accepts that your account has been canceled. The effective date and time for such cancellation shall be when you have sent the cancelation request. – Please note that the subscription can also be paused for an unlimited time due to traveling or more extended vacations. For all further inquires, please include in your email the following information: order numbers, customer number, full name, and email address. After cancellation, you will no longer have access to your website, and we may delete all information on your website. We accept no liability for such deleted information or content. Please note that you might receive an email confirming your cancellation within the first 48 hours due to an IT delay.
Anti-money Laundering Policy
Be aware that Slimovado business practices prohibit bribery, corrupt behavior, and money laundering. You agree that you shall remain in compliance with all applicable laws that relate to commercial or public sector bribes, money laundering, terrorism (including but not limited to local anti-corruption laws, Canada’s Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions and the U.K. Bribery Act). Should you fail to be compliant at any point in time, Slimovado reserves the right to terminate your account without any notice or refund.
Slimovado may terminate your access to the services, in whole or in part, without notice if – You fail to pay any fees due – You violate this Agreement – Your conduct may harm Slimovado or others In such event, Slimovado shall not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination. You shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges that occurred before the effectiveness of such termination. Please note: Upon termination of the services for any reason: user content, user websites, and other data will be deleted.
Your purchase of Slimovado is described as a subscription purchase, and therefore you have a legal cancellation period of 3 days after purchasing your trial. You can only cancel your subscription if you have NOT taken your subscription in use within three days. Your subscription will take you into service as soon as you purchase at one of our campaigns. Do you want to make use of your cancellation right, please write immediately after your purchase to our customer service by email: support@Slimovado.com and inform that you regret your purchase and want to exercise the right of cancellation. Customer services will then help to cancel your subscription. All members start with a trial of 3 days. It is possible to cancel the subscription within this period before it continues at full price (see the pricing). Payments for subscriptions is always refundable, and the service is used immediately after purchase.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute you have which relates to these terms and conditions, or your use of Slimovado.com (whether it be contractual or non-contractual), will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
